Hello! I invite you to discover my new concept which aims to boost your English learning: 

English lessons combined to NLP. 

This experience is reserved for English beginners and elementary levels.

It will take place at 146, rue Laurendeau, Amiens !

 

On the programme

- 1 hour of NLP with Nicolas Reitzaum.

- English lessons on grammar tense with Quentin Marchal. 

- 1 hour of English conversation about this experience.

- Food service on site.


We will taste aperitif platters from P’tits Plats de Pierrick. You can choose between:

- Meats/cheeses
OR
- Vegetables, tapenade, Tzatziki, vegetarian cheese.

The event will be at least 2h30 long. 

Only 12 persons will have to possibility to participate so if this approach tempts you and that the English motivates you more that anything else, register as fast as you can!

What is the link between the NLP and learning a language?

As every other activity of human beings, learning is a result of a functioning process and establishment model. Everyone has its own way to work.

Like in other sectors; the learning process could be hindered, slowed or made difficult in some cases, when the apprentice would have a certain program in place.

Which teacher has never heard one of his student depreciate himself or self-sabotage with sentences such as: "I will never make it", "I've always been bad at school", "I don't have the ear", "I'm too scared to be made fun of because of my accent", "I'm too old to learn a new language","learning is not for me", "I have a goldfish memory."(...)

The limitating beliefs, the low self-esteem, the lack of self-confidence, the fear to talk in public or to be judged... Represent obstacles and slow the learning process.

You need to dare make a mistake in order to improve and get better. One of the presupposed of the NLP reminds us that "there is no mistake, only feed-back."So, make mistakes! Try! Try once more!

Therefore, it is logic to practice NLP during the learning process of a new language. The apprentice will be able to free themselves to learn languages calmly and to make faster and easier progress.

 

The meaning of the acronym NLP:
 
⇒Programming
Some of our skills become automatic reflexes (behavioral, mental and emotional), reflexes of reactions. These programs or automatisms are models of thoughts or individual concepts corresponding to a manner which a human associates the sensorial stimulus and builds their own model of the world.
 
⇒Neuro:
Human beings perceive the world through their five senses (visual, hearing, touch, smell, taste). The brain treats outside sensorial information through a neurological process, saves them and associates them to other data already existing. All those messages are filtered, compared, evaluated, all of this is done unconsciously in a matter of seconds. Those internal and neuronal processes have consequences on the whole vital process (perceptions, feelings, thoughts, behaviors, actions, etc.) Through our whole life we have the possibility to establish new neuronal connections.
 
⇒Linguistic:
Language is a code. It structures our thought and allows us to communicate. The language can be verbal or not (the human body also sends messages through gesture, impressions and attitudes.). Different persons can receive a same information, but treating it by their own way.
 
The NLP- describes "how the interaction between the thought (Neuro) and the language (Linguistic) organize how our body and our behavior (Programming) and their results which we obtain."

The NLP is highly efficient:
to get to know yourself better
to better use your language
to practice and sharpen your own ability and perception
to express your goals and reaching them by a thought and an efficient action
to exploit all your personal ability for the best
to react with flexibility facing changes
to refer to action and judging models and more importantly by modifying your point of view and manner of thinking
to defeat you fears and phobias
 
The NLP allows you to benefit from quality communication with those around you. Communication process occurs all the time, at any moment. In an area of language through words and sentences but also in an area called non-verbal, by images, gestures and movements. What matters isn't what a person says but what the person with whom we're speaking wants or can understand.
 
The NLP seeks how the comprehension, using communication, can be upgraded.
Each person has their own world map, which means their own subjective truth: the events which compose the reality pass through filters and linguistic mecanism that needs to be known.
Tools (Such as synchronization, calibration, positional perception techniques, etc.) permitting to understand better the world map of the person with whom we're speaking, and by doing so, communicating efficiently.
 
We therefore use NLP techniques and models in the context of human relations and in any situation requiring quality communication, as well as to promote learning!
